Returns and exchanges policy
Right of withdrawal
Under Moroccan legislation applicable to distance sales, customers have seven (7) days from the date they receive their order to request a product return, without having to justify their decision.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the product must be returned complete, with its accessories, instructions and original packaging. It must not have been damaged or used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Before returning anything, the customer must contact Quixus and provide their name, phone number and order number. No return should be sent without prior confirmation from our customer service team.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect product
If the product received is faulty, damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer must contact us as soon as they notice the problem and send photos or a video that allows us to verify it.
After verification, Quixus will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate. Quixus covers return costs for products confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Change of mind
If a return is solely due to a change of mind, the customer pays the return costs. No penalty or flat-rate deduction will be applied, provided the product meets the return conditions set out above.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within the applicable statutory period, using a method agreed with the customer. Initial delivery costs and return costs are handled in accordance with applicable legislation and the reason for the return.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded by current legislation, including personalised items or products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned under the conditions provided by law.
