We deliver to more than 330 cities and localities in Morocco. The full list appears in the City field at checkout.

Delivery fees

  • Free delivery on baskets with products worth 249 DH or more.
  • Below 249 DH, delivery fees depend on your city:
    • Casablanca: 19 DH
    • Bouskoura, Mohammedia, Médiouna, Nouaceur, Aïn Harrouda, Tit Mellil, Deroua, Tamaris, Errahma: 25 DH
    • Salé, Kénitra, Tangier: 35 DH
    • Agadir, Aït Melloul, Inezgane, Tikiouine, Khénifra, Aïn Aïcha: 39 DH
    • All other cities: 33 DH

The exact amount appears as soon as you choose your city, before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

After you place your order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it. Once confirmed, the parcel is handed over to our carrier.

  • Casablanca: delivery is often on the same day for orders confirmed in the morning or around midday. Orders confirmed later are generally delivered the following day.
  • Casablanca outskirts: generally within 24 hours.
  • Major cities in Morocco: generally within 24–48 hours.
  • Remote areas, distant outskirts and villages: estimated delivery may take up to 96 hours, depending on the destination.

These times are estimates, not guarantees: they depend on the destination and when the carrier takes charge of the parcel.

Cash on delivery

You pay for your order on delivery, when you receive your parcel. This is the only payment method offered at checkout on the website.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you receive your tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also track your order on the Order tracking.

For a smooth delivery

Provide a phone number reachable on WhatsApp and a full address to make confirmation and delivery easier.
